Salmon avocado tartare
Tartare is the French version of poke, ceviche and sashimi and is a dish I enjoyed during the four years in the 1990’s when I lived in Europe. It has to be made last minute, so the avocado stays green, but it is easy to prepare. I have even served these on spoons at a cocktail party.
